Dynamic Mat Classes

These classes are more dynamic and flowing, will introduce you to more of the classical Pilates exercises designed by Joseph Pilates for execution on the mat, building your strength and stamina and challenging your technique and core strength.

Your core stability and coordination will be challenged much more vigorously.​ As the movements become more dynamic and flowing so your body will become stronger, toned and stretched. Modifications can be provided where necessary.
