About PilatesWise
Who is your teacher?
I’m Kat. I have been doing Pilates for over 20 years now, and qualified to teach in 2013. I am very proud of my certification with Body Control Pilates, who provide Industry leading teach training.
I have been inspired by, and fortunate to attend workshops and teacher training with many internationally renowned teachers, including, but not limited to Brooke Siler, Miranda Bass, Benjamin Degenhardt, plus many more.
In my 20’s I did experience widespread joint pain and I am very proud of my own self discipline, self belief and will power and, having developed a very deep love of pilates, I now have the tools to keep fit and flexible and to move well and I feel great. I believe in the pilates method through and through.
My classes are deliberately small so I can give everyone personal attention and tuition, so you get the best experience.
Pilates is a lifestyle and I LOVE it – and want to share this with you.
